			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Another common problem today, mostly girls, is their body weight. Either over weight or under weight. To avoid this problem here is a few tips to achieve healthy body weight:<br />
•	Avoid excess intake of calories.<br />
•	Maintain a level of physical activity that achieves fitness and balances energy expenditure with caloric intake; for weight reduction, expenditure should exceed intake. Limit foods that are high in calories and/or low in nutritional quality, including those with a high amount of added sugar.<br />
•	 For obese individuals, the guidelines recommend a gradual weight loss of no more that one to two pounds per week.</p>
