Do you experience muscle spasm? Well it feels like muscle tightness but not really painful. It is involuntary contraction of our muscles. This is common when someone had a traumatic injury. Taking a bath in warm shower will help to relax the muscle. Keep the temperature of the water as much as you can bear comfortably.
