Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2010 Dethroned
30 March 2010 in Current EventsIn just a month after being haled as Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2010, Maria Venus Raj Bajonito has been dethroned due to some questionable facts or information in her birth certificate according to Bb. Pilipinas PR Manager Jenny Inocencio-Marcial.
“Both Venus and her mother said she was born in Doha, Qatar, while yung na-submit nilang legal documents say she was born in the Philippines,” according to the PR Manger.
Raj, to her friends, was supposed to represent our country to the upcoming Miss Universe Pageant. The title was now transferred second runner-up Helen Henson. The original rule states the the first runner-up should be the one to fill up the the vacant place but due to Dianne Necio’s age the tittle was transferred to Helen Henson.
