Balanced eaters use food as a component of healthy living. Aside from eating correctly, they more often than not lead a lifestyle that includes proper rest and exercise. They consciously choose what to eat and eat these in the right quantities without appearing finicky or picky. They typically have a great deal of positive energy and radiate good health.
Resolution: Keep it up! You are the best eating type!

I could go on recalling the different eating personalities I’ve met. The point is – is your eating personality a healthy one or is it cause of your downfall and unhappiness?
